The Maya T. Capsule Collection SS17 is one of the first SONJANATALIA designs, a T-shirt with an embroidered rose on the shoulder. The T-shirt was made in white and black. The Maya T. is named after Maija Ovaskainen, the model in the editorial below. The fabrics used in the t-shirt is organic cotton. The embroidered rose design is made by the artist Sanni Salminen. The pattern making and producing is handmade locally by me, in Finland. The collection is a passion project that is meant to be playful, flirty and feminist.
